Here is an appreciation of the original Wonka movie. We watched the documentary parts of the dvd last night. Aside from the bugginess of the audio on the dvd (had to hit menu a couple of times to get the sound during the features...strange), it was kind of interesting. Saw confirmation that original Charlie Bucket actor is now a vet (as mentioned below). Also interesting/frightening to see the child actors as adults. Augustus Gloop was wearing quite a get-up.
