another day happened

Today was similar to yesterday. Except for the after class thing. Because I saw the black keys yesterday and not today. But today I could read about it at the NY Times. They like to send someone to follow my free concert attending habit, I think.

I like hearing snippets of Modest Mouse's hit song around the place.

I am enjoying Positively 4th Street, it's a good read.

Apparently my brother who is younger than I am spent a good portion of the day learning about timeshares in Fort Lauderdale. I don't like the risk of sucker vacations.

I liked the South Park episode that was on tonight. That was a good line about metrophobes.

The Mercury Lounge is a good room/bar to see bands. I enjoyed seeing Summer Hymns, Pernice Brothers, Bigger Lovers, etc in the past while.

Remember the blackout last year? I walked from brooklyn to spanish harlem. The next day I cooked all the food in my fridge and freezer, but not everyone wanted to eat it. At the time my apartment was having its floor replaced. It was a bit awkward, with it being hot and having no floor. but now i have floor and high air conditioning bills. viva 2004.
