That is a cool site. And I really enjoyed that book! The image of the teacher in the classroom matched my experience subbing today. I wanted to kill myself.
Would that be the kind of book you'd "read" to kids or one that you'd let them explore on their own?
I try and put the less conventional books (wordless stuff, graphic novel type stuff) in places where kids can find them, rather than make a big effort to show them off, at least at first.
