A very enjoyable show. Probably a bit less full than usual Summerstage shows because the cool kids were at Superchunk. I hadn't seen Sloan before, but their performance was a lot more fun than Superchunk was the last time I saw them (Bowery Ballroom, 2001/2? with then unknowns Rilo Kiley). I didn't like Apostle of Hustle as much as I wanted to. It was veering a bit too close to Citizen Cope territory for me. Duhks were also uninteresting, they are more of a touring college towns with their fusion of whatever kind of band, to me anyway.
