I read Chicken with Plums last week, a new Marjane Satrapi graphic novel type book. It's considerably narrower than Persepolis, in focus and width. An Iranian tar player decides to die after his wife breaks his instrument. It's his last week. So you know what kind of book it is.

I enjoyed it, a good library borrow. Not sure it's a worth-buying book.
