In my shopping bag

I purchased some compact discs today.

Motor Motel Love Songs by Jason Collett (used)

Singer-songwriter/countryish songs. Enjoyable on first listen. Collett is associate with the Broken Social Scene/Arts & Crafts/ Canadian scene.

I Hope You're Sitting Down by Lambchop (cheap, part of Merge's Mid-Price series)

Lambchop is one of my favorite bands. This cd is pretty old and was recorded by a lineup that is fairly different than the present Lambchop. The one constant, of course is Kurt Wagner's anecdotal/obscurist lyrics and singing.

Grab that Gun by The Organ (used)

This is like what interpol would sound like if they were all really women. Poppy, somewhat 80s ish sounding. I think the last song quotes Morrissey directly; if it doesn't it's close.
